ANA MARÍA LÓPEZ
Ana María López is a Dominican Transdisciplinary Artist.
Lopez’s implements her creative practice as an expansion of her spiritual wisdom. This affirmation focuses on creating new ways of relating, perceiving, and expressing oneself through multisensorial experiences, mainly presented through performance and painting.
Ana has a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Arts from Parsons The New School for Design and a degree in Communication Design from Altos de Chavón School of Design. Her work has been presented and recognized in Santo Domingo, New York, Berlin, Madrid, and several cities in Latin America. She recently closed her first solo show at the French Alliance of Santo Domingo.
Ana was an artist in residency at PIZARTS Bronx Artist Residency and a dancer for Lokasparsa Dance Projects in New York. She has a Reiki Master and Creative Movement certification. She is currently pursuing her 200HR training in Yoga and Kundalini Meditation.
