Brandon Chu is an amateur drag costumer and works as an apprentice to two drag costumers in NYC. They are new to the industry and finding their footing. Currently, their artwork is done as a side hustle to working full time in the industry helping to create costumes and gowns for queens and icons like Rupaul, Lil Nas X, Tinashe, Gaga, etc….

To them, drag is an art form of self love and expression. It questions gender and sexuality, and mocks harmful social ideologies by solely existing and expressing one’s self. Brandon has a deep love for this world and is still defining who they are as a drag costumer and person. Costume is what they do and drag is what they love, but who they are is still a damn mystery.
